Rules & Conditions

1. All lessons must be paid in full before the first session.
   Sessions are not conducted without confirmed advance payment.

2. The first trial lesson is offered at a 50% reduced rate.
   This offer applies once per client.

3. Packages of 4 or 8 sessions are valid for 31 days from the date of purchase.
   Sessions must be completed within this period.

4. Packages may be paused for up to one week in case of illness or travel, only with prior notice and approval.

5. Sessions may be rescheduled only if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
   Cancellations made later than 24 hours are charged as completed sessions.

6. Rescheduling is subject to the academy’s availability and must occur within the active subscription period.

7. Unused sessions expire once the subscription period ends.
   Extensions are not granted.

8. All subscription payments are non-refundable.

9. Subscriptions are non-transferable.
   Gift certificates are available as a separate option.

10. Group classes follow a fixed schedule.
    Missed group sessions cannot be rescheduled or replaced and expire as scheduled.
